Installation Instructions for Android : Abraham Blue
- Download the App APK:
- Please download the APK file by clicking on the ‘Download Abraham Blue’ button and wait for the download to complete.
- Open the APK File:
- Locate the downloaded APK file using a file manager or the device’s Downloads app.
- If you haven’t already enabled the “Install from Unknown Sources” option, you’ll need to grant permission to your file manager or browser. When you click on the APK file, a security warning may appear, prompting you to grant permission to install apps from this source.
Granting Permission to Install:
- Click on “Settings” or a similar option:
- In the warning dialog that appears, locate and click on the “Settings” or a similar option.
- Enable the “Allow from this source” toggle:
- Within the settings, look for the “Allow from this source” toggle and enable it. This grants permission to install apps from the current source.
- Click on “Settings” or a similar option:
- Security Warning:
- When attempting to install the app, a security warning from Google Play Protect may appear. It typically says something like “Blocked by Play Protect” or “This app can harm your device.”
- Click on “More Details” or Similar:
- Users should click on the option that says “More details” or a similar option. This will provide additional information about why the app is being flagged.
- Select “Install Anyway” or Similar:
- Within the additional details, there should be an option to proceed with the installation despite the warning. This option might be labeled as “Install anyway” or something similar.
- Confirm Installation:
- After selecting the option to install anyway, users may be prompted to confirm their decision. This confirmation step is to ensure that users intentionally want to install the app.
- Install the App:
- Once confirmed, the installation process should proceed, and the app will be installed on the device.
- Notification:
- If you’re trying to scan by clicking the scanning button and you get a message about additional services, don’t worry.
- Install Services (if prompted):
- If you see a message about services, just tap on it.
- You might be taken to a download page on Google Play. If so, tap “Install.”
- Wait for Installation:
- Wait a bit for everything to finish installing, including any necessary Google Play AR Core Services.
- Resume Scanning:
- Go back to the scanning feature in the app.
