Big Picture Peoria unleashes the creative juices of local and regional filmmakers into Downtown Peoria and make a huge splash on the Giant Screen at The Peoria Riverfront Museum. Filmmakers gather for a weekend of panel discussions, content and idea exchanges, and ultimately, film screenings and awards for best film submissions.
