The Big Picture Peoria Film Festival is an opportunity for Midwest filmmakers to come together, screen their films, and celebrate their work. The winning films will be screened on the giant screen theater at the Peoria Riverfront Museum.

Film submissions for the 2025 film festival are now closed. Please consider applying for the 2026 film festival. 

Filmmakers can apply through FilmFreeWay starting in April 2026. 

Submissions are accepted from any Midwest filmmaker
